Actor Robert Pattinson has asked his former girlfriend and Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart to pack up her things and move out of his house, sources claim. Just a few days after Pattinson left the house he had shared with Stewart until the latter admitted to having an affair with a married film director, Stewart herself was also believed to have left, but new reports suggest that her move was less than voluntary and that Pattinson himself asked her to leave.
A truck from a moving company was spotted at the house on Saturday, with movers taking items from the property. Neither of the former couple were anywhere in sight. The move seems to indicate that there is little chance of any reconciliation between the pair. “The entire thing has been such a blow to Rob,” a friend of the couple allegedly told People magazine. “Talk about having his heart ripped out. Rob isn’t going to be able to get past the cheating – one time or not.”
The now estranged couple will be forced to appear in public together to promote the last of the Twilight films, Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2, with producers insisting that they appear together during press events for the film in spite of the very public cheating scandal and estrangement.
Pattinson and Stewart were also scheduled to present as a couple on September 6th for the MTV Video Music Awards, and no word has yet been given as to the status of this arrangement.
