Are you a Facebook fan? If so, you might already know that its founder, Mark Zuckerberg, has finally moved into a home of his own.
Well, Zuckerberg has actually lived on his own for quite a while, but he has been an incessant renter. The house he has moved into is his very own – a beautiful abode in Palo Alto. The house is a beauty with five bedrooms and 5,000 square feet of property. Oh, and did we mention the saltwater pool?
Mr. Zuckerberg swiped up the house for a cool $7 million. Not so shabby for a first-time homebuyer, if we do say so ourselves! Though he’s been notoriously rich for years, Zuckerberg has always just rented his homes. We wonder if he feels like a real grown up moving into a house he actually owns.
Though he bought the house back in May of this year, we’re not sure how he’s adjusting. How do you think he will handle his own privacy and security? It will be interesting to see how he deals with it, especially since his site seems to catch a lot of flack about what the word ‘privacy’ actually means.
The new house is set a way back from the street and is surrounded by a wall and plenty of trees. It seems like the perfect place to move in for someone seeking privacy. Well, we wish him luck! If his new house had its own Facebook page, we’d certainly ‘Like’ it!
