Kate Walsh may play a doctor on TV, but that doesn’t mean she makes house calls! The “Private Practice” and “Grey’s Anatomy” star has recently listed her Los Angeles area home on the market for just under $4 million ($3.995 million, to be exact!) So, it looks like Walsh will be moving out of that super hip neighborhood of Los Feliz.
Apparently Ms. Walsh is just as smart as she is gorgeous – she priced the house just a little less than what she paid for it back in 2007. That gives us an idea that she knows a little something about today’s housing market. It’s moving to see a beautiful star that is also quite intelligent, isn’t it?
Frequently, Walsh is compared to the French beauty Catherine Deneuve, whom many say she resembles quite uncannily. We see it, do you?
Anyway, let’s get back to the house on the market, shall we! When Walsh bought the home, she paid $4.75 million for it from Ton Fanning and she moved right into the five-bedroom house.
The house is charming, just like its owner. A Spanish-style abode with lots of old world charm; the 6,000 square-foot house has an extra-large kitchen featuring a farmhouse sink, a formal living room, a fireplaced den, and a master suite. The three-room converted garage allows the next family to move in some extra living space.
Oh, and if you feel like moving in, don’t worry about your privacy – the property is gated.
