Michelle Williams and Jason Segel have taken the next step in their relationship. The celebrity couple is believed to have made a move to begin living together in New York. The star couple, notorious for their fierce protection of their privacy, was first photographed with one another seven months ago, back in March, enjoying a dinner date near to the Brooklyn home of the former Dawson’s Creek actress turned movie star.
A month later the pair went public with their romance for the first time at the New York after party for Segel’s latest film, the romantic comedy The Five Year Engagement. The romance seems to have become very serious now, with Williams having decided on relocation from the home she shares with her daughter Matilda, which she once lived in with actor Heath Ledger, and move in with Segal.
British tabloid newspaper The Daily Mail claims that the couple has set up house in a sprawling loft apartment in Brooklyn, which is situated in a converted warehouse that offers breathtaking views of the skyline in Manhattan.
“Michelle, Jason and Matilda seem very happy here – the building is beautiful,” a source allegedly told the paper. “They’ve been here a few months now and look right at home.” Matilda is Williams’ only child with Ledger, and turns seven on Sunday. Williams and Ledger, who were once engaged, split five years ago, back in 2007, not long before he died of an accidental drug overdose in January 2008.
