One of the biggest benefits to purchasing off-plan is that it means you will be able to select your own finishes, fittings and fixtures prior to the actual relocation. You will be able to really personalize your new home in order to suit your needs and individual tastes instead of having to live with somebody else’s choices.
You will also be able to buy time for yourself using this method of purchasing. If you purchase a property off-plan then after you have put down the reservation fee you will have plenty of time to arrange things such as the mortgage, informing people about your move and new address, getting the household prepared and booking the moving company, knowing all the while that your dream home has already been secured.
