It looks like Segal will be moving out of one his penthouses pretty soon. He recently sold the 1,902 square foot luxury apartment for $3.3 million. He was originally asking for almost $5 million when he listed it back in March 2010. Segal also has another property on the market – a 6,000 square foot mansion located in Malibu.
