House from Entourage Finally Sells

Fans of the popular HBO series, “Entourage” may be excited to know that the lavish home of Vincent Chase has finally sold.  The house has been on the market since 2010 and sold just recently for $4.2 million.  The original asking price was $5.75 million.  So, looks like some lucky millionaire is about to move in.

Living a life of luxury won’t be hard in this Tuscan villa.  Measuring in at 9,010 square feet, the house has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.  In addition to those rooms, the new residents will enjoy seven fireplaces.  Many of the rooms have never been featured on the show, by the way, which means the only chance you may ever have to see them is to move in.

The most prominent feature of the home, and most recognizable to those that watch “Entourage” is the motor court alongside the driveway.  The massive stone fountain that Turtle often drives around is a dead-giveaway that the house is on the show.

While, we’re not sure who will be moving in, rumor has it that it is an executive producer of the popular “CSI” television shows.  Regardless of who does move in, they will be living it up, true Hollywood style when they do.  The house has countless amenities and additional features such as 22-foot truss beams, Venetian plaster, marble, handcrafted bookcases, and walnut floors.  Oh, and did we mention the waterfalls and pool?

Celebrity relocations are so exciting!
