If you pay attention to fashion and beauty, you probably already know that Jennifer Aniston, the quintessential girl next door, recently got her first tattoo. But what you probably don’t know is that she is on the move – right out of her Beverly Hills mansion.
The “Los Angeles Times” recently reported that Aniston sold her home for about 10% off the $42 million price she was asking for. Wondering where she’s about to move? New York City’s West Village, if we’re not mistaken. Aniston recently bought a property in the swanky, boho-chic neighborhood.
Though the public record doesn’t officially have the sale price listed yet, we’re thinking she got between $37 and $40 million for the house. She bought the place back in 2006 for just over $13 million and gave it a major overhaul.
Aniston’s former home was originally built in 1970, but seems brand new. With 10,000 square feet, the house sits on an acre and has two living rooms, two kitchens, a gym, five bedrooms, and – get this – 7 ½ bathrooms! Maybe a really large family will be moving in.
Additionally, the lucky folks moving into this home will get to enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, ponds and fountains, a spa, and another living room, kitchen, and multiple fireplaces all outside.
Busy as she is, we didn’t know Aniston had such a need for multiple kitchens! Who knew someone could be off making movies and cooking so much!
