Director Rupert Sanders might still be wearing his wedding ring despite his fling with Twilight star Kristen Stewart, but wife Liberty Ross is apparently intent on divorce. The 33-year-old English model and actress has apparently hired a celebrity lawyer and intends to move back to the UK as soon as she possibly can.
Sanders’ affair with his Snow White and the Huntsman leading lady was exposed in July, wrecking Stewart’s long-term relationship with boyfriend and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson in the process. The People claims that Ross intends to take her children – seven-year-old Skyla and five-year-old Tennyson – back home, given that the only reason for her original relocation to the US was in support of husband Rupert’s directing career.
“She has no strong ties in the US, nor does she want to remain here,” the newspaper was allegedly told by a source. “She has made it clear that she wants to move back to the UK with her children. She obviously wants them to carry on seeing her father, but she feels there is no point in staying in the US. Given that the majority of her family and friends are in the UK, nothing is holding her here.”
Both Sanders and Stewart have released public apologies over what they termed a “momentary indiscretion”, with both also professing their love for their cuckolded partners, neither of who appear to be in a forgiving mood.
