As with moving into any new home, moving into a mobile home brings with it its own set of challenges. You can start the process of downsizing by going through closets, storage rooms, drawers and the garage, and disposing of items that are no longer necessary. If you are uncertain as to whether you should keep any item, you should think about when the last time was that you used it, how often you make use of it, if it is still in good condition, and whether it is really necessary in your life. A yard sale can be a good way to get rid of junk and help finance your relocation.
