Paris Jackson has upset many members of the Jackson family by deciding to go and live with her mother. Michael Jackson’s teenage daughter has reportedly made the decision to move in with her mother, 54-year-old Debbie Rowe, following a number of disagreements with Katherine Jackson, her grandmother, who has been caring for her and her brothers Blanket and Prince.
“There has been a string of turbulent rows in the Jackson home over the past few weeks and it’s all coming to a head,” a source claims. “Whilst she loves her grandmother Katherine, Paris thinks she has some extremely old-fashioned beliefs. Paris is an extremely independent young woman and as she’s got older she’s starting to voice her opinion more and stand up for herself and her beliefs.”
Paris was estranged from her mother for several years after her mother granted custody of the children to her ex-husband Michael following their divorce 14 years ago back in 1999; however, the two have started spending time together again of late and were photographed cuddling on Paris’ 15th birthday in April. The teenager even skipped her grandmother’s 83rd birthday last week in order to spend more time with her mother.
One of the reasons for Paris’ relocation to the Californian ranch owned by her mother is that she is tired of being followed around by an entourage and by the constant security. She is beginning the process of separation from Katherine in order to try to have a more normal life.
