The company was founded in 2003 providing sales training as a means of sales prospecting. The company started by offering online sales training and expanded to live training. The facility has 50,000 salespeople and small business owners involved worldwide in online programs and live training.
The reason for moving to Dallas is for business. Dallas has a larger number of corporate headquarters. This can also mean less traveling to corporate clients in the city and around the USA. Dallas is definitely a larger hub over San Antonio for flights.
FJR will offer relocation for its employees working at the headquarters. Not all employees will be offered a chance to move. Those who are offered relocation will be the best team members – the ones the company cannot live without. It is actually the second relocation for the company. The company moved from Arizona, where it was founded, to San Antonio in 2010. Now just two years later the owner feels a move to Dallas will be in the best interest of the company.
With moves so close together, there will definitely be some concern over relocation packages offered to employees. The business is growing with a high success rate in sales training, but a new move will take up some of the extra capital the company has. This may not leave enough for employees moving.
