Keller Williams will take the entire second floor of the office building that it is moving into. It has 1.57 acres of property to go along with the second floor building. The company will need to take a few weeks to make certain it has everything ready to move into the new offices. The company is hoping to expand and to provide better training to its staff members.
Most of the staff members have been offered employer relocation packages in the event that they need to move from another area outside of Houston.
