Keller Williams plans office move

Keller Williams of Houston has announced an intention to move its headquarters to Houston’s Galleria in the Uptown District.  The new area is more prominent for businesses.  This is why the company has decided on an office move.

The Houston uptown location provides an educationally based center that matches the company’s own requirements.  The company tends to promote growth and a learning environment.  This is why the company stated that it is looking to relocate to the upscale neighborhood.

Keller Williams will take the entire second floor of the office building that it is moving into.  It has 1.57 acres of property to go along with the second floor building.  The company will need to take a few weeks to make certain it has everything ready to move into the new offices.  The company is hoping to expand and to provide better training to its staff members.

Most of the staff members have been offered employer relocation packages in the event that they need to move from another area outside of Houston.  Most employees will be going along as Keller Williams stated it could not afford to lose its good workers.  The decision to move was a necessary one.  All individuals in the headquarters with key positions will be moving to the new office location.  Keller Williams is a huge real estate conglomerate, meaning it is US-wide.  The move of the headquarters is simply a key business move for the company, and nothing else.
