Octomom is moving, do you want to buy her Southern California house? If you are a fan of reality television, then you know exactly whom we mean when we say “Octomom.” For those of you unfamiliar with the term, let us remind you – Octomom is the nickname given to Nadya Suleman, the young woman known for undergoing in-vitro fertilization resulting in octuplets back in 2008.
All together, Suleman is mother to fourteen children – ten sons and four daughters. She had been undergoing in-vitro treatments since the age of 21.
At 36, it looks like Suleman is getting ready to move onto a new chapter in her life. The La Habra home where she’s lived for the past two years with her brood is up for sale. The asking price for the 2,583 square-foot house, which is nestled on Madonna Lane, is $525,000.
Ed Doud, Suleman’s father, bought the house for her back in 2009 for $565,000. However, Suleman owes Amer Haddadin, the note holder, a balloon payment of $450,000. She has not paid and Haddadin has been threatening eviction. Looks like that may be why Suleman is moving out.
Apparently, Haddadin has been encouraging Suleman to try and sell the house for months. Reports indicate that he was surprised to be informed that a “For Sale” sign had been posted in the front yard.
It looks like Suleman didn’t quite make it rich and famous like her idol, Angelina Jolie. We’re wondering where she will relocate with the kids.
