The great majority of office leases tend to expire at the end of the month and an even higher percentage will expire at the close of the year, so make sure that you have scheduled your moving company as soon as you can in order to assure its availability.
You should not forget that a number of working days are always lost at this time of the year because of Christmas and New Year’s Day. Another good tip is that the moment your space plan has been completed you should order furniture to ensure that it will be ready in time.
