To some of us, he may always be known as Marky Mark, but to the younger crowd, Mark Wahlberg is so much more than part of that funky bunch. A jack-of-all-trades, at least in Hollywood, Wahlberg has moved through all areas of showbiz – modeling, rapping, acting, producing – you name it!
You may know him best as the executive producer of HBO’s “Entourage” (which aired its series finale earlier this month) or his role in “The Fighter.” Regardless of how you know him, we want to let you know he’s moving out of his Beverly Hills home – yep, it is on the market for $13,995,000.
The house has been Walhberg’s longtime home, which he has shared with the wife and kids. The estate has a separate gym (2,500 square feet) with a full-size boxing ring. The main house is equipped with a master suite with two bathrooms, four additional suites, a swimming pool (waterfall and grotto included), a putting green, and a sports court.
So, where is Mr. Marky Mark moving? Rumor has it that he has a 33,000 square foot house in the works, being built to custom design. If it’s anything like the house from which he’s moving, we’re betting no one is fighting with him not to relocate!
Oh, and if you are thinking of snapping up Wahlberg’s Beverly Hills house, know that you’re getting a discount. It was on the market back in 2008 for $15.9 million.
