The home, located in Alpine, New Jersey, is a Colonial-style house that really is quite beautiful. He and is long-time love, Kim Porter, recently bought a house in Los Angeles for about $5 million. Maybe the family is planning on moving to the west coast permanently.
If you’re interested in moving into Puff Daddy’s house, get ready for some space. The house boasts 17,000 square feet and 26 rooms. Do you have a big family? The house is also situated on the border of Closter and Alpine – both affluent communities in New Jersey. In addition to all that space, the house also has a detached guesthouse, a putting green, a pool, and three acres of land.
We’re thinking Combs will make a profit on the house, even in this slow housing market. Asking $13.5 million will be an improvement over what he paid when he moved in – a mere $6 million.
